For more than 50 years, Dejana Truck & Utility Equipment has built a reputation for listening to customers and responding to their needs. As both a manufacturer and an upfitter, Dejana has long provided custom solutions to their customers’ evolving specialty upfit needs. They perform custom upfits of various types of equipment, truck bodies, racking and storage solutions on Class 4–6 trucks and other commercial work vehicles and manufacture industry-leading specialized storage solutions for trucks and vans and cable pulling equipment for trucks.

Pat Miller

Pat Miller has served as President of Dejana Truck & Utility since May 2021. Before joining Douglas Dynamics, Miller held leadership positions at multiple companies in the automotive and transportation industry. He was President and CEO of the Commercial Vehicle Group (CVG), a global component manufacturer in the large vehicle and industrial markets, from 2005 to 2020. Additionally, Miller served as an independent board member of Federal Signal Corp from 2018 to 2020. Prior to joining CVG, he served as the Sr. Vice President of sales and engineering for Hayes Lemmerz, Vice President and General Manager of Automotive Extrusions with Alcoa, and held various leadership positions in operations, sales, and product engineering for ArvinMeritor, supplying component systems to the light vehicle and heavy-duty truck OEMs

Miller brings a wealth of knowledge in the Commercial Truck and Transportation Industry that has helped strengthen Douglas Dynamics’ position as the premier North American provider of Work Truck Solutions. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
