At Douglas Dynamics, we are committed to our world-class safety culture to ensure the health and safety of our team members. In 2023, we are rolling out our all-new DRIVE onboarding program, which emphasizes the importance of safety in our workplace culture. Our new program has improved content and uses digital tracking to enhance our safety efforts and take them to the next level. By doing so, we can ensure our team members receive proper safety training for their positions quickly, thoroughly, and efficiently. This guarantees that there are no training gaps for either new or existing team members, creating a safer and healthier work environment for everyone involved.
